Putting it into Perspective

Do you see difficulties as barriers or opportunities that could be?

Sometimes our greatest glory comes to us during difficult times, and sometimes we can manifest better results even while experiencing those difficult times. We may be experiencing trials and tribulations but the belief in our hearts and minds help us overcome anything. I believe that. I believe that we can either sit and stew over an issue or we can visualize something great happening. Do you believe in visualization and manifestation?

It happens so quickly when I experience it in my day and see other leaders through it as well; the sinking emotional response we feel when we struggle, get bad news or get tripped up. We stumble in our own emotions, which cause us to freeze and fail to act. We must recognize these feelings and stop them. To stop this cycle, we must first be strong in our mind. Commit to staying focused with an open and clear mind. Find a simple trigger to snap you out of the emotional funk. Finally, is your perspective or belief in this current situation true? Is it all in your mind or is it a defensive strategy that you tell yourself, so people won’t ridicule you? I suspect that whatever you’re kicking around in your mind that is draining you emotionally, is NOT reality. We all can regulate our emotions and see the real perspective before us.

Do you allow yourself to sink emotionally when you experience setbacks?

What strategies could you apply to push through emotional setbacks?

Is your perspective correct and is the situation really that bad?

It’s easy to sit here and say that you should push through your emotional struggles, but I live it every day. I know when my mindset starts slipping down a negative path. It is an unmistakable yucky feeling in my mind that I must correct and redirect. Is your perspective on point or do you need to put it on a corrective path?
