How are you helping another feel alive and reinvigorated?
I have just returned from the International Maxwell Conference in Florida. This was my second time engaging in the opportunity to gain experience in leadership and coaching. It is an amazing experience. Acceptance, love, and encouragement are unmatched. The presenters are all experts in their fields and openly share their ideas of growth and personal development. The family atmosphere helps foster growth, self-improvement and living a life with purpose. How do I capture that experience to share with others?
People are attracted to people who make them feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated in every situation. When was the last time you felt genuinely appreciated and valued in an organization? How did that connection make you feel in that moment? I bet you felt cared for and valued like never before. It could only be described as love and compassion, as people welcome you with open arms. This allows us to relax and be comfortable in that moment; almost vulnerable. Accepting other ideas, perspectives and experiences will attract people to your positive energy.
People like to have positive experiences with an identified purpose, or life mission. If we really thought about it, the greatest experiences we have had often occur when we are doing the greatest good. We might have an opportunity to serve another, or aid during a difficult time. When we are seen by others doing good deeds and positive work we attract great individuals to our teams.
Our world is busy and overwhelming. When we can share a positive message with enthusiasm, we will attract other like-minded people. The energy associated with anything we are doing will bring people together. People today want something more; something with more meaning and more value. We can help so many people by sharing a message we value.
A life filled with purpose will bring others into your circle of friendship and supply you with alternative views or experiences. Living a life full of purpose will bring more people to the table and help us achieve our mission or increase its value into something better.
How are you making those around you feel welcomed?
What experiences could you offer others that are enlightening?
What positive message are you sharing with the people in your life?
Are you living a life of purpose and increasing your circle of influence?
We can make a great impact on the internal fire or energy of others. To achieve this, we must welcome them with a positive message in which they have an opportunity to see and live a life in purpose. We gain so much value when we make others feel welcome in our presence and allow them to share in our mission or goals. Thanks for looking in on this post and I hope you can increase the number of people in your circle this week. Please leave a comment below that will contribute to this conversation.
